Our woodland sanctuary is a little piece of heaven in Somerset. The stunning sauna is nestled amongst the trees with incredible views through the woods and out over the sea. Next to the sauna is an ice bath constantly chilled to 4 degrees Celsius which is perfect for cold water therapy.  The wood fired hot tub holds 8 people and we can light this for larger groups. The outdoor shower beneath the canopy makes you feel at one with nature along with the drench bucket. The outdoor kitchen with wood fired grill and pizza oven alongside a banquet area is an integral space for our retreats and perfect for group dining. Then relax into the evening around the firepit for some meditation or storytelling under the stars. 

Wellbeing Evenings

We are hosting regular wellbeing evenings in our amazing Woodland Sanctuary space, nestled amongst nature with incredible sea views. These usually last 2 hours and offer guests to opportunity to use our woodland sauna, hot tub, ice bath, outdoor shower and meet like minded people on similar wellness journeys. Most of these events will include guidance from specialist practitioners on on wellbeing activities such as meditation and hot & cold therapy. We'll serve delicious, nutritious food from our woodland kitchen and you can share your wellness stories around our fire pit. See the Wellbeing Evening section of our website for upcoming dates.
