The main purpose of your data is so we can run our business efficiently and welcome guests to our property in a warm and tailor made fashion. We like to make all visits as bespoke as possible whether you are celebrating a special occasion or we are catering for any dietary requirements. We also use your data for marketing purposes when you have given us consent. We regularly send out news and special offers via our newsletter and social media channels. We only ever share your personal data with third parties when it is vital in the course of running our business. We never sell or give your data to any third parties for their own purposes.

The security of your data :

We will take all precautions to prevent the loss or misuse of any information your share with us. We destroy all hard copies and all digital information is password protected and security software is enabled.

Data retention : 

We will only retain your data for as long  as it is necessary. For example any data relating to an individual stay will be deleted after the stay. Any data that may be used for future marketing reasons will be kept until we no longer need it for marketing purposes or until you remove your consent.

At any time you can ask to see what personal data we hold about you and ask us to update this data. You have the right to stop us using your data for marketing purposes. You also have the right not to be subjected to automated decision making by algorithms. You have the right to request that we erase all your personal data.
