Can I bring my dog?

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in The Coach House. Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs in the shepherd huts due to the space and proximity to livestock.

What is the minimum stay?

Our minimum stay is 2 nights in the shepherd huts and 3 nights in The Coach House.


What days can we check-in? 

The shepherd huts check-in days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Coach House check-in days are Monday and Friday.


What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

Do I have my own hot tub?

Yes, all of our accommodations have their own private wood-fired hot tub.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

You pay a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival. If you cancel more than 2 weeks before your stay you will lose your deposit.  If you cancel within 2 weeks of your stay you will lose the whole cost of the holiday. However, if we manage to rebook your dates we will offer you a refund. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.

What is there is another lockdown?

If there is another government lockdown due to a pandemic we will issue a full refund.

How do we order food?

If you want any food off our menu please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. The more notice the better, thank you. Picnics require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Are any condiments provided?

In all our accommodations we provide; salt & pepper, oil, sugar, tea & coffee and milk. We also provide a welcome pack of local drinks.

Are logs/charcoal provided?

We provide all the logs for your hot tub and wood burners for the duration of your stay. Charcoal and gas are also provided for your BBQs.

Can you help with a surprise?

Of course! If you're arranging a surprise get in touch to see how we can help. If you want to send any decorations etc ahead of your stay, we can put them up ready for your arrival.

Can you supply high chairs and cots?

Yes we can supply 2 high chairs and 2 travel cots in The Coach House. However, the shepherd huts are not suitable for infants or toddlers. The Coach House also has a selection of kids toys and children's dinnerware.
