Wellbeing Studio

Our multipurpose studio has been designed with peace and tranquillity in mind. Everything from the harmonious soothing colours, to the Scandinavian log burner and the considered lighting have been lovingly curated to provide an inner calm.  The Studio is a hub for our retreats and hosts a wide variety of wellness activities including yoga, pilates, sound therapy, meditation and textile crafting. Haley Blackman

Haley is our wonderful resident yoga teacher and hosts classes every Wednesday evening and most Saturdays as well as 2 hour workshops one Sunday each month. Haley is also available for private yoga classes.
